The world headquarters for the Company is located in Westlake Village, CA.  The headquarters building houses employees from Dole Food Company, Inc., Dole Fresh Fruit Company, Dole Packaged Foods Company, and the Dole Nutrition Institute.  We have approximately 300 employees at our headquarters and are situated on 10.7 acres.

Monterey, CA

Our Fresh Vegetables division is a leader in packaged salads and commodity vegetables and strawberries serving retail and foodservice customers. Four large processing facilities are strategically located across the U.S.A in Soledad, CA, Yuma, AZ, Springfield, Ohio with the newest processing plant opened in Bessemer City, NC in 2007. The Fresh Vegetables Division has leading-edge distribution systems including RFID tracking to be able to deliver high-quality fresh products to our customers all across the USA. The division main office is located in Monterey, CA.

Atwater, CA

Our Atwater facility, acquired in 2005 is comprised of a 3000 acre agricultural operation and a 400,000 sq foot processing and warehousing facility conveniently located in Merced County, the heart of California’s Central Valley. We process and ship nearly 200 million pounds frozen strawberries, peaches, apricots and a wide variety of mixed fruits.
